Democratic candidate for Michigan's attorney general, David Leyton voted bright and early Tuesday morning.
Leyton, the current Genesee County Prosecutor, and his wife, Therese, casted their ballots around 8:00 a.m. in Flint Township.
Afterward, Leyton said he feels real confident the race will end in his favor.
"I think our message of reforming government and fighting special interest and being the only prosecutor in the race has really worked with the folks," Leyton says. "That's what I think they want in the next attorney general."
