The Michigan Harvest Salad was recalled by Meijer.

MICHIGAN (WPBN/WGTU) -- Multiple suppliers are recalling several products because of a potential Listeria contamination.

Nearly a dozen apple products are being recalled from Meijer, Fresh Pak and Jack Brown Produce because of concerns of Listeria.

Listeria Monocytogenes is an organism that can kill children, the elderly, and others with weakened immune systems.

Healthy people usually only suffer short-term symptoms including high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
