Michigan "bigs" leading the way

Wolverines gather during final practice in Ann Arbor before Final Four.

It's what every Michigan fan dreams of, and Saturday night, Wolverine fans hope that dream is not a nightmare.

Unlike the success of the maize-and-blue this March, last year Michigan was an early out, losing to the Ohio Bobcats in the round of 64.

The Wolverines went back to the drawing board, and snagged some of the top recruits in the nation, and that's exactly what Trey Burke says the team needed.

"Once we had Glen Robinson coming in at 6'7", 6'6", along with Mitch (McGary), some more bigs in the front-court - I definitely think that was what we were missing last year. That is what allowed us to get where we are now."
