Chair yoga- an easy way to start

If you want to get fit, you want to add a little yoga to your routine.

The thought of trying yoga makes a lot of people nervous, but you can go at your own pace, and you can even do it while sitting in a chair.

Lisa Malinowski, from The Crim Fitness Foundation's mindfullness program shows us a few simple moves.

Crim Fit is hosting classes for people who would like to teach chair yoga to students. There will be classes for kids from preschool to fifth grade. In the future, the Crim will over classes to teach to teens.
