SAGINAW, Mich. – A letter was sent home to parents from Arthur Hill High School Friday about a stranger danger incident.
It happened at 7:05 a.m. in the area of Bond and Madison streets when a female student was walking to a bus stop and approached by a black male.
He grabbed the student by the arm and was wearing black pants and a black hoodie.
She screamed and pulled away from the man and ran toward her younger brother who was a couple blocks behind her.
Arthur Hill said the safety of their students is their number one priority.
In the letter sent home the letter to raise awareness about the situation and to remind parents and guardians to review safety procedures with students.
