Detroit woman charged in Bay City construction worker's death
DETROIT - A Detroit woman is expected to face a judge Monday in connection with the deadly highway crash that took the life of a Bay City construction worker last week.
Police say the 22-year-old woman is charged with operating a motor vehicle causing death.
On Thursday she was allegedly under the influence of alcohol in a construction zone on I-75 in Detroit, according to police.
That's when she ran into 57-year-old David Snell of Bay City, killing him.
The crash also caused her car to roll over.
