'Fatberg" found in Detroit area sewer

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich - The Macomb County Public Works released a disgusting picture for a reason Wednesday.

The county released a picture of what it calls a "fatberg".

A fatberg is a collection of fats, oils and grease that has gathered in the pipes and is mixed with solid items that are flushed down sewer pipes.

Fatbergs are a problem that the Public Works Office wants resident to help avoid creating.
