Father faces no punishment after trying to attack Nassar in court

An Eaton County judge has ordered that Randall Margraves not be punished after lunging at Larry Nassar in court.

He's now also been released from a holding cell.


According to the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office, a judge has ordered that Randall Margraves be detained.

This comes after Margraves asked a judge for five minutes alone in a room with disgraced former Michigan State University doctor Larry Nassar.

The judge said no, so Margraves lunged at Nassar.

He was then tackled by bailiffs.

At last check, seven GoFundMe accounts have been started to cover potential legal fees for Margraves.

A special hearing has been scheduled for Margraves following the incident.
