Fenton man accused of killing 5 in car crash bound over in court
The 22-year-old Fenton man who was involved in a deadly crash in Oceola Township in May went before a judge Thursday morning.
According to WDIV in Detroit, Matthew Carrier has been bound over for trial.
He faces 19 counts including second-degree murder, operating while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
The accident happened on M-59 at Argentine Road in Oceola Township May 9.
Five people were killed and three were critically injured.
