Flint residents looking for answers in Democratic Debate

Water distribution in Flint

FLINT, Mich. (WEYI) -- Hillary and Bernie are in town, and folks in Flint are ready for answers.

With the international spotlight focused on the ongoing water crisis, many residents say the city is finally getting the attention it needs to get help.

"They're connected with the government, so I believe they'll do something in their power to help us," Evan Dichoza.

And while some folks already have their favorites in mind, others say they're more concerned with what the candidates can do for the people.

"I'm here for the issues," said Maria Hernandez. "Not the politicians. I want every candidate to espouse these values."
