BURTON, Mich. - February is National Children's Dental Health Month.
Which is why Hamilton Community Health Network hosted ‘Kid's Dental Day’ Monday.
Children who were overdue for a dental check-up, could go to one of the three locations.
The network aims to provide care to patients in inner city populations.
Routine dental services, were provided, for those who qualified.
"I mean its free, especially for single mothers. Um, you can't complain about that being free and like I said everybody's nice and you might as well take advantage of it,” said mother of two Amanda Kagan.
There were also fun activities for children and raffle drawings.
