Man accused of killing 3-year-old boy faces first-degree murder

FLINT, Mich. - The man accused of killing a 3-year-old boy last Friday in Flint was arraigned Tuesday afternoon on first-degree murder charges.

Twenty-six-year-old Veondra Bartee was in court facing 13 counts of homicide and weapon charges.

The three-year-old, Landon, was sitting in back seat of the car next to his twin sister when a bullet went through the window striking Landon in the head.

Bartee is accused of pulling the trigger and killing Landon.

Landon was driven to the hospital and died the next day.
