SAGINAW, Mich. – Friday was the final day of national Health Center Week and Great Lakes Bay Health Centers celebrated by offering its patients some free gifts.

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers gave away bikes, offered health and dental screenings, gave away fresh produce, and brought together community resources today in Saginaw.

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers wants residents to know they are there for more than just health needs.

“Quality health care for everyone is our goal and we are very excited about the opportunity to change lives,” said Brenda Coughlin, Great Lakes Bay Health Centers President and CEO. “We change lives because we care here at Great Lakes Bay Health Center.”

Friday’s event was part of the 11th annual national campaign to raise awareness of the mission of health centers and their missions who bring needed medical services to the underserved in our community.
