GENESEE TOWNSHIP, Mich. – New information Wednesday on the officer involved shooting that happened in Genesee Township back in March.
Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton has ruled that the shooting of a bank robbery suspect by multiple police officers was justified.
Kevin Hall was shot after he got out from the rear of a van that had been stopped in connection with a bank robbery earlier that morning.
After the 40-year-old exited the van, he raised his arm with a silver object in his hand and police opened fire.
