Roscommon County Animal Shelter warns of Canine Distemper

The Roscommon County Animal Shelter is warning dog owners of a case of canine distemper within the county.

ROSCOMMON COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The Roscommon County Animal Shelter has a warning for dog owners.

The shelter posted on its Facebook Wednesday that there has been a confirmed case of canine distemper in the county.

The shelter said it is extremely important to vaccinate your dogs, especially if you take them to common areas such as dog parks.
