GENESEE COUNTY, Mich. -- Multiple homes were damaged at Camelot Villas in Genesee Township due to high winds.

    There were no injuries.

The fire department says two or three trailers had the roof ripped off while others suffered heavy damage or were knocked off the foundation.

Officials are working on the next step which is making sure everyone is safe.

“Main priority is now that everything has calmed down is going back and rechecking and we're finding gas leaks from the meters from the trailers. That's our priority right now,” said Don Fremd of the Genesee Township Fire Department.

The Genesee United Methodist Church on Genesee Road was open for those displaced due to the tornado.
