UNVIERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum is hosting artist-in-residence William Allen this week.
Tuesday Allen gave a free public lecture to the public at Saginaw Valley State University.
Students that come during open studio hours will get to work one-on-one with the artist, learn about his art-making process, and make artwork of their own.
"Be able to have a life where you use your own creativity and then to be able to express it to others, that's a reward,” said Allen.
All ages are invited to schedule a visit during open studio hours, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday.
