FLUSHING, Mich. --A case of viral meningitis has been reported at Springview Elementary School in Flushing, according to a letter sent home to parents from the school.
The letter was sent to parents on Thursday, September 20.
Here are the symptoms to look for:
Custodial staff will be disinfecting the whole school, and buses will also be disinfected.
All after school activities at the elementary school have been cancelled so that crews can work to deep clean the school.
Three other mid-Michigan schools have reported cases of viral meningitis within the last week.
