Flint, Michigan-- Life Challenge Ministries in Flint is taking steps to raise awareness about the worsening drug epidemic in our area.

The organization is hosting its first ever Together 4 Good Rally this Saturday at 1230 Dupont Street in Flint from 10 am to 4 pm.

There will be live music, a BBQ and even a back pack giveaway for kids.

Before the festivities, local residents, churches, and businesses will all come together for a two mile walk, but most importantly organizers say they want to take away the stigma behind drug addiction and spread awareness about their efforts to stop it.

"We just want people to come out and fellowship with us and if they are struggling with darkness they can see that there is another way of life," said Campus Director, Phil Hall.
