Mid-Michigan shoppers camp out overnight to get Black Friday deals
Saginaw Township, Mich-- Cabela's in Kochville Township opened at 5 a.m. on Friday, but shoppers were out in full force starting at 8 p.m. the night before.
The store's Retail and Marketing Manager, Ashley Churhchill says that they counted as many as 800 shoppers during Black Friday morning.
The first 100 people in line received gift cards up to $25.
TOYS "R" US in Saginaw Township also opened its doors early. Parents filled the stores hoping to get the best deals for their kids while enjoying the annual tradition.
"I just love the thrill of it. I love being here with my mom and sister, it's fun," said shopper and mom, Jennifer Keinth.
Many people however ditched the lines and decided to shop online. Hours vary during the holiday so head to the web to check before going outside.
