MSP asking drivers to 'slow down and move over' for vehicles on the shoulder

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Mich. -- Michigan State Police are asking drivers to "slow down and move over" when police vehicles are on the shoulder assisting drivers on the side of the road.

MSP says a Trooper was seated inside his patrol vehicle on Interstate 94 and St. Clair Highway assisting a driver in a crash when they were rear-ended on the highway.

Trooper and driver of the vehicle were taken to an area hospital with injuries.
